Thornylizard (“we”, “our”, or “us”) develops and provides mobile applications (the “Apps”) available on the App Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Apps.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from users. Our Apps do not require account registration, email addresses, or any form of personal data input.

Our Apps do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
StockMeta accesses only the photos or image files selected by the user. The original files are not modified. When the user clicks Generate AI, StockMeta creates a temporary resized JPEG copy of each checked image and sends it to OpenAI for metadata generation. This is used to generate titles, descriptions, keywords, hints, and review warnings. StockMeta uses the user's own OpenAI API key. API keys may be used for the current session only or saved locally in macOS Keychain. We do not operate our own server for StockMeta, and we do not collect, store, or sell user photos or API keys. Users should review OpenAI's privacy and data usage policies before using Generate AI with sensitive, private, client-owned, unreleased, or rights-managed images.
All data generated or entered within the App (for example, notes, accounting records, or model releases) is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to that data.
Our Apps are suitable for users of all ages, including children.
Because we do not collect or store any user data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete. Users can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App from their device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Apps means you accept the updated policy.
