Image licenses
Thornylizard (“Content Provider”) grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the accompanying image(s) or video(s) for permitted commercial purposes. Examples of how you can use licensed content include: websites; blog posts; social media; advertisements; marketing campaigns; corporate presentations; newspapers; magazines; books; film and television productions; web and mobile applications; product packaging.
Non-exclusive, meaning that you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. Thornylizard can license the same content to other customers.
What you may not do:
No Unlawful Use. You may not use content in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner.
No Standalone File Use. You may not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use).
No Use in Trademark or Logo. You may not use content as part of a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, service mark, or logo.
No Commercial Use of “Editorial Use Only” Content. You may not use content marked “editorial use only” for any commercial, promotional, advertorial, endorsement, advertising or merchandising purpose.
Content Provider retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the digital images and video files.
For using some images commercially, you might need additional permission from the people, logos, estate, trademark or brand. It’s your responsibility to make sure you have all the right model or property releases to use the image for your project.
There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of this digital image or video file. Content Provider is not liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer’s use of the Media.
Refunds
Thornylizard does not offer refunds for downloaded files. File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of Thornylizard.
